Residual discharge srew conveyor
Our discharge screw conveyor is used for residual emptying for round silos in the sugar industry. After gravity discharge through the discharge hopper, the screw is located to take over the process.
Main features
- Rotation of one srew blade up to Ø1300mm
- Rack and pinion drive presses the clearing auger against the ever-shrinking dump cone
- As a result of a combination of sensors and mechanical protection functions, exact metering is achieved
- Furthermore, it prevents overfilling of the downstream aggregates
